Personal
I grew up in Alexandria, Virginia, and have lived in Huntsville for 13 years. After graduating from Hollins College in Roanoke, Virginia, I became a stock broker and Certified Financial Planner, working in a financial planning firm in Washington, D.C. for 12 years. I continued my work in the financial planning business in Nashville, Tennessee for six years. I have been very involved in my children's schools, volunteering in many different areas. I am currently active in the Huntsville Symphony Guild which supports and raises money for the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Hampton House in Hampton Cove, Alabama
